Default How do I email an Excel spreadsheet to a Blackberry

My boss has asked me to figure out how to email him a copy of our sales
spreadsheet on a daily basis to his Blackberry. Two problems- I emailed the
spreadsheet and the numbers are all jumbled. I tried turning it into a PDF
and that didn't work either.

Second challenge- can I automate this function in Excel so I don't have to
manually do it everyday?
