Default Cell Shading

I can not see the colors on cell shading in the workbook. When I go to print
view, I see them, when I print a doc. I see them. Also, pen color on the
drawing tool bar does not display any colors. I have tried all the "normal"
ways to get color. Any ideas?

In Page Setup, Sheet, remove the tick from Draft Quality.

Hi "ceb",

Colors are only missing on monitor, due to High Contrast Accessibility option.
