Default open a spreadsheet with param

Hello,

I was wondering is there a way to open an existing excel spreadsheet from a
browser and passing a parameter, in other words, click a link with a part
number and have the spreadsheet with multiple part number opens to the
specific row with the part number selected highlighed?

Thanks in advance.
