Default excel to recog a surname, + paste address associated in new cell

I want a formula for excel to recognise 2 surnames, then paste the associated
address(the cell next to the first surname) into the formula cell.
eg. 1st surname in A1, address in B1. second surname and function in another
sheet. i.e if both surnames match, paste address into function cell.
Any idea's?

Have a look at vlookup:

You may work solve the problem yourself after reading it, and it's not
wasted time.
