Default SUMPRODUCT

The formula below was working fine when D188 was D14 because there is data in
those rows. But when I copied down to row 188 I got A "$N/A" for answer.
I need to include cells that do not have data enties yet in them.
Can someone help with this problem?
Many thanks in advance.
Serge
