Default update stuff comes at the top

is there any way in excel that the update rows pops up at the top???
What I'm trying that I have several institutions info which has been updating
on daily basis. They are all on sheet1. So the instituion which is on line
200 been update with little comments. But I have to remember that row or
institution that info is only updated to this row. I wouldnt have anu other
way that where I have added the comments. I was wondering that if I have
updated or modified row with new text info, it can pop up at the top
automatically so that I remember that this is what I have work done. Like
when you modified and the latest file comes at the top (according to date and
time). I hope I able to explain this clearly.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thx
