Default Excel 2000 sheetname equals filename

I would like the Excel 2000 sheetname to change as I change the filename
where I use a single worksheet.

I wouldn't, plus, if the filename is changed in Explore or Winrar or
Winzip or saved from email as newname etc, I would not expect these
programs to examine and rename Worksheets.
