How can you put more than 3 conditional formats to items in a column? Can it
be done in visual basic?

which may be of more help if you are not familiar with Event macros., installation
starting in the middle you miss the installation note at top which is to
right click on the sheet tab, view code, insert your code (modified, of course)


or with the use of an addin, you can have additional condiiton colors, see
