Default xla created in Excel 2003 won't run in Excel 2000

We have a Windows 95 machine in which Excel 2000 was just loaded. I created
macros in 2003 that run fine in 2003, but when I add the xla to the AddIns
list in Excel 2000, it brings up the initial form but then says that a
library or project is missing. When 2000 is loaded, are there certain
options to choose to load that may have been missed?
