![]() You will also need to make sure that you do not have an extra paragraph mark or manual line break between the rows - or stuff will not line up. To remove extra paragraph returns do the following in the find: ^p^p and replace with a ^p. This will find 2 paragraph returns and replace with 1. You might have to run the find and replace a couple of times until you get a "NOT FOUND" popup message. The ^p is a lower case "p" and the ^ is Shift then hit the "6" key.
