Default Column headers

I have 7 columns with different titles, when I scroll down the page how do I
keep the titles on top of each column so you can see what you are looking at.

Hi

Select the first cell under your headings, in column A. Go to Window/Freeze
Panes.

Select the row below your titles, Window menu, Freeze panes.
You can do the same with rows, columns, or both, just select the top
left-hand cell of the scrolling region before you freeze panes.

I know how to freeze but I need to scroll both the top and bottom
window. Is there a way to change the name on the column tabs A, B, C
to Jan. Feb,Mar etc.? ed
