Default When I open Excel, Office Online also opens which I don't want

Is there a setting by which I can make it so that Office Online doesn't start
up when I start up Excel?

Hi bill. In Excel 2003 I can go to tools - options - view and deselect
startup task pane. That stopped the office online for me.
