Default How can i reverse saving an excel spreadsheet.

I have made an incorrect save to a spreadsheet, therefore losing previous
data that i need. How can I reverse this? I have not set up track changes
which can potentially reject changes and restore I think, so that's out and
restoring the system still keeps any changes you've made.

Help?!

If your file has been saved to a network drive your network admin can do a
file restore, or if you're not on a network, you'll have to restore a
previous version from a backup copy. In either case, if you do not have a
backup copy on CD, tape, diskette, et al, there isn't anything you can do but
recreate your workbook.
