I'm sure the answer is simple but I don't know it. I have a two page
worksheet and I want to print one copy. When I call up PRINT, I enter "1" next to "number of copies." But for some reason, it prints 2 copies so I end up with 4 pages. Please advise on how I may fix this problem. Thank you. |

If you're really getting multiple copies (not just extra sheets), maybe it's a
printer setting. Lots of printers have controls that you can cycle through to change various settings. Maybe someone change the copy setting to 2??? If it's just extra sheets (maybe even blank sheets), try file|print area|clear print area (or set the print area to what you want) Left Brain wrote: I'm sure the answer is simple but I don't know it.
