Default Excel welcome screen

I found a template that has the things i need on it.
So i am systematically gonig through it to see how it works.
I just found the welcome screen commnad which is

Sub auto_open()
ThisWorkbook.DialogSheets("Welcome").Show
End Sub

Only i dont know how to edit this so that i can enter my own custom
message.
Any ideas??

Link to the template is

Or even just info on how to create a new intro from scratch, or a
website tutorial

Thanks for any help
