Default IDE add-on VB Magic?

About a year ago, in one of these forums, someone told me about an
add-in for the VB IDE, and I think it was called VB Magic.
Unfortunately, I can't find the file I downloaded. This add in adds a
menu item to the menu bar and has tools that enhance the IDE, like
adding comment boxes to modules and subroutines. Does anyone know of
such an add-on and where I could get it? The one I'm referring to was
freeware.
Thanks,
Peter V.
