I'd like to know how it might be possible to move all of the comments from
within an excel worksheet into their own cells. Is there a wizard or quicker way than copy and pasting the text? I'd be grateful for any help anyone could offer Nikki |

Debra Dalgleish has some code that you might be able to use:
http://contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#CopyAdjacent and http://contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#CopyToSheet If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm Nikki wrote: I'd like to know how it might be possible to move all of the comments from within an excel worksheet into their own cells.
