If you put Quarter in the column area, you'll get a column for each
quarter's data. Johan wrote: I'm trying to create a pivot with two columns. I want the first column to lists deals corresponding to their revenue type such as support, license etc. , furthermore I want the same information categorized to the right of this column but this time depending on the specific quarter in which we expect to close the deal. However when I try this in Pivot I first get "License - Q1, Q2, Q3 & Support - Q1, Q2..." and so on. Is there a way that enables me to present it like "License, Support..." and its corresponding figures and the similar figures but as "Q1, Q2..." and so on? Many thanks in advance / Johan -- Debra Dalgleish Excel FAQ, Tips & Book List http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
