Attaching to an email corrupts workbook
I can open the workbook where it was created and it's fine. I can FTP it to
another system and open it there and it's fine. But if I attach it to an email and try to open it from the email, I get "<Filename cannot be accessed. It may be read-only, or you may be trying to access a read-only location ... ". Then it opens, but the formatting (bold text, column widths, etc.) is gone. Workbook created using Excel 2002, opened from Outlook 2003 SP2 on a system with Excel 2003 SP2. |

I would guess that this is more of an email problem than excel--but who knows.
Maybe you could zip the file and email that. A little extra work, but it shows up ok.... edger wrote: I can open the workbook where it was created and it's fine.
