Default VBA project is protected

Need some assistance....I have an invoice I believe that was created in
Excel 2003. I have Excel 2000. For some reason, I can't open the
spreadsheet in 2000. When I do open it in 2003 and try to save it with
another name, & file type as '97-2002 workbook, I'm getting an error -
"VBA project is protected". When I try to open the VBA - a password is
required. Is there any way to crack this password in VBA module?

Thanx...
