Default How can I hide a paste button that appears?

Thanks to anyone who answers!

I am copying and pasting. This button comes up that gets in the way of what
I need to see in the column that I am working with. It is called "paste
options." It gives me options to keep source formatting, match destination
formatting... and etc. It looks really handy it's just blocking my view of
this column. I tried to right click it, double click it but it never gives
me the option to hide it.
