how to select fewer cells without canceling original selection
this is an assignment i have.. i have looked all over and tried the office
assitant and alot of things even read a manual and i couldnt find it. Thank yo u |

With your selection highlighted, hold the shift key down and use the arrow

Try the unselect code from Chip Pearson.

Hold down the CTRL key as you select or deselect cells one at a

I just did. I'm using Excel 2000. Is it possible it behaves differently than

I also have excel 2000 but can't deselect cells using the Ctrl key. lmao, Excel 2007 missed some of the simplest things, hahahaha, you need an
add-in to deselect cells. I am having the same problem. |
