If you select Print Preview, then Setup and choose the Sheet tab on the Page
Setup dialog, there is an option to Print - Black and White. That should do it. "Akashee" wrote: well i'm making a form on excel, and i want ppl to know where they need to enter the amounts, but when it prints i dont want the background to have a shade! i just want the shade to be there on the screen! what i did was put a yellow color shade in the cells that i want ppl to enter the amounts, but when i print it i get a yellow shade in the background of the amount, and i just dont want the shade to be there. thx for ur help aman |
