Default Printing black text only

I cannot print text in color or gray. All text shows up normal in the
workbook but gets converted to black when i print and in print preview.
Borders and fills print correctly. Worked fine on my old computer with
the same printer and I tested on another computer which i think has an
older version of excel and it worked right, so i'm pretty sure it's not
a printer setting. Any ideas will help at this point. Thank you.
