Printing black text only
I cannot print text in color or gray. All text shows up normal in the workbook but gets converted to black when i print and in print preview. Borders and fills print correctly. Worked fine on my old computer with the same printer and I tested on another computer which i think has an older version of excel and it worked right, so i'm pretty sure it's not a printer setting. Any ideas will help at this point. Thank you. -- kk122 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ kk122's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=31074 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=507491 |

It sometimes is in the software [Excel for this case] setup. Texas Handly |
Printing black text only
If it shows as black and white in Print Preview then it is a setting on
the sheet, not the printer. Go to File | Page Setup | Sheet and uncheck Black and White, then do Print Preview to see if your colours are restored. Hope this helps. Pete |
