Default how to save spreadsheet at a specific time

I have an excel spreadsheet with real time data feed. How can I let excel
automatically save the file as a different file at some specific time, say
12:00PM every day? Or will macro do the job? What is a good way/ easy way to
implement it?

Thanks for your thoughts.
