Default Can Excel calculate populate table using row/column values & calc's on other sheet?

I've attached a trimmed down version of the file...

NUM1 and NUM2 are in cells C8 (press speed) and C9 (panel length) of
MAIN sheet while RESULT is in F39 (Total wait time before...). The
table I want to build is on the TABLE sheet.

After tracing the precedents back from F39 I suppose I could cram all
that into one formaula that I could replicate in the table but I know
it would take me forever to get it right or I could manually do each
combination and key in the values. Just wondering if there's an easier
way.
