The Problem is solved.
I got a link to an article from a Microsoft girl. The article suggested that I used ALT+F9 on the Mergefield in Word and added \#.###,## to the Fieldcodes. That solved the problem. Thanks to everyone taking time to try to help me. This was my first visit at MS Discussion groups, but not my last. "Henrik Notlev" wrote: I have a spread**** with a price of e.i 13‚¬. Next colum have a calculated field deducting 5% and rounded to 2 decimals using ROUND. Then I even copy the fields and paste them into another cell only inserting values (no format). When importing for labelprint in word, I keep getting all decimals instead of only 2. Why is that and what can I do? |
