Default Merging Excel data to word, keeps including all decimals on number

I have a spread**** with a price of e.i 13‚¬.
Next colum have a calculated field deducting 5% and rounded to 2 decimals
using ROUND. Then I even copy the fields and paste them into another cell
only inserting values (no format).

When importing for labelprint in word, I keep getting all decimals instead
of only 2.
Why is that and what can I do?

Debra Dalgleish posted this to a similar question:

There's an article on the Microsoft web site that might help you:

Answer Box: Numbers don't merge right in Word
http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/as...164951033.aspx

And if you prefer the old Mail Merge helper, Word MVP Suzanne Barnhill
has instructions he

http://home.earthlink.net/~wordfaqs/...ngWord2002.htm

about half way down the page.

Maybe it'll be easier to understand.

The Problem is solved.

I got a link to an article from a Microsoft girl.
The article suggested that I used ALT+F9 on the Mergefield in Word and added
\#.###,## to the Fieldcodes.
That solved the problem.

Thanks to everyone taking time to try to help me.
This was my first visit at MS Discussion groups, but not my last.
