Default Check time available in Excel

Is there a formula/macro I can input into a spreadsheet to ensure a time
entered does not fall between an existing time.

I am entering a Date - Start Time - End Time, but when another row is added
I want to ensure the time doesn't fall within one already entered.

This will need to be used on 12 sheets, within the workbook, one for each
month.

Many Thanks
