Default template for document control/ register as used by architects etc

require a template that can be set up in excel, viewed/worked on in excel,
but looks like a nice form when printed!

More detail would be nice.

It is possible to do what you want, but impossible for us to tell you what it
should look like and what data should be entered.

Maybe check out the Template Gallery for ideas.
