Default Repeat columns

I have a spreadsheet with 24 columns. I can get the 1st column to print on
each page, but I have 'footnotes' at the bottom of the spreadsheet that I
want to print on each page as well. Unfortunately it's larger than the 255
characters that Excel allows in footers and when I tell it to print the
column on each page, it only prints the amount of text allowed in the cell
column, not the entire sentence.

So far the only thing I've found tells me to copy the 'footnotes' to the 2nd
page manually.... any other options?
