Calculate next appt. day

Or, if you need to match a date with a name:

=MIN(IF((B1:B10TODAY())*(A1:A10=C1),G8:G13))
again entered using CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER
where A1:A10 list of names,B1:B10 dates and C1 name to lookup
