Default Macro security issues

I need to enable users of a spreadsheet to send that spreadsheet to a
specified email address at the click of a button without encountering
Security and email warnings. So far I have added a control with a macro that
does the email bit, but users get both warnings. I need to assume that my
users will panic when they see these and will disable the all important macro.

Is there any way around this without getting into digital signature territory?
