Entering zeros in cells
When entering zeros in a cell Excel rounds the figure to just a single 0.
What do you do if you enter 4 zeros but want the 4 zeros to be displayed? |

Entering zeros in cells
a. FormatCellsNumber tab, Custom. In the Type box, enter 0000
or b. precede the zeros with an apostrophe; this will make the cell text. The apostrophe will not show or c. format the cell as text before you enter the zeros or... maybe more -- Kind regards, Niek Otten "jay_perry01" wrote in message ...
