We have a system of Calculating Money in Lakhs & Crores, unlike Millions &
Billions. The Commas inevitablly confuse, can we have a system as follows€¦

by default expected as

1,000 1 Thousand 1,000
100,000 1 Lakh (100 Thousand) 1,00,000
10,000,000 1 Lakh (100 Lakh) 1,00,00,000

##,###,##0 custom format does not work

Custom formatting does work, but the trick is that you have to escape the
commas with a leading \. So, instead of

##,###,##0

you use

##\,###\,##0

You also have to stop Excel defaults in for any numbers, so test for greater
100,000 and greater than 10,000,000 like so

[=100000]##\,##\,##0.00

In its final form, allowing

[=10000000]##\,##\,##\,##0.00;[=100000]##\,##\,##0.00;##,##0.00
