COUNTIF Subtotal Function?

Try...

=SUMPRODUCT(SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET(Range,ROW(Range)-MIN(ROW(Range)),0,1)),--(R
ange="Criteria"))

If your criteria is a numerical value, remove the quotes.
