Goto "File" then "Page Setup". Under "Scaling" select "Fit to" and put 1 in
the page ranges. This may still result in some distortion on certain printers, but should keep everyone to 1 page. HTH, Elkar "Brian Matlack" wrote: Hi! When I print my Worksheet (a defined range) it prints correctly at work (a single page) but at home it prints on (2) two pages. I'm told that it is because the printers are different. This workbook will be sent to several hundred dealers and they will be printing the sheet. Is there a way to set it up so that no matter what the printer application is, it will still print on (1) one page? (I can not make the range any smaller) -- Brian Matlack ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Brian Matlack's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=3508 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=499946 |
