Default Scan Forms

Is it posible to scan A form from scaner as image or what ever work, so I can
use this form again on my PC and be able to fil form, does any program help
in that,

Not in one step. It would involve scanning it in as OCR, correcting whatever
errors occurred in that process, cleaning it up, and then converting it to a
form. It's not you'd be able to do in 5 minutes.
