Using seperate worksheets- when creating my pivot table, there is more than
one client with the same name and different amounts, why is the pivot table adding these figures together? |

A pivot table summarizes items that are the same. Maybe there's a client
number you could add to the pivot table, to differentiate the clients, and that will keep the amounts separate.
