Hi all

Can a excel file be protected with digital certificate. That is I have a
file that has a digital certificate incorporated I would want only a
particular person to open that file and make changes on the cell.

Say after a particular time frame when the same person opens the file, the
file should not allow the person to edit the values in excel.

Can this be done using Digital certificate or any other method is to be
followed€¦
