Default How do I create a database from an Excel form?

Hello Everybody -

I need to see if Excel can be used to create a mailing list database from an
Excel form. If so...how do I go about doing this? The list will need to
include the name of the company, contact person, and address.

Thanks in advance for all of your help! It is greatly appreciated!

Here are a couple of links:
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/mailmerg.htm
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MailMerge

The first is from David McRitchie and the second is by Beth Melton and Dave
Rado.
