Default save page setup settings to transfer from 1 worksheet to anoth

Save your workbook and any changes you've done should be saved.

The master sheet is the worksheet that has the correct settings/headers/footers.

Ctrl-click would mean control-primary click. For most people, that's the left
button--but it is changeable if you're kind of weird!

If you select more than one sheet, you've grouped them. Check the titlebar at
the top and you'll see [Group]. This means more than one sheet is selected.

please clarify your instructions ...
1) which is the "master" worksheet
2) for "control click" do you mean CTRL+left/right click with mouse?
3) what's a "grouped worksheet?", when I right clicked on it the menu did
not give me the option Ungroup Sheets.

How can I permanently save the settings so they are not lost when I exit the
file?

Select your "master" worksheet.
control click on the other worksheets that should have the same page setup.
file|page setup|click ok

rightclick on one of the grouped worksheet tabs and select Ungroup Sheets.

Lots of the page layout stuff can be changed using this technique.

I am using excel 2003 and I am wanting to save the page setup settings (ie,
margins, heading, landscape orientation) to transfer to other pages within
the workbook.
