how do you refresh a .xls file?
Usually excel will recalculate whenever new data is entered, if not then your calculation is probably set to "Manual", go to Tools/Option/Calculation and select "Automatic". You can also hit the F9 key to "refresh" your worksheet when calculation is set to Manual.
