Paste formula every nth row

You could put numbers 1 to 1000 in an adjacent column (assuming for the sake of argument that 1000 is the depth of the column with the data you want to separate out) and then copy and paste that 1 to 1000 seven times so it's precisely seven times longer than your data column. Then do a sort on it. Voila. |
