Default Everytime I save my workbook, my hyperlinks will no longer work.

I created a hyperlink in one workbook to lead to another workbook when
clicked. The link will work when tested, but after saving the workbook the
link will no longer work. When a I bring up the link to update it, excel
seams to be changing the server routing path. I tried to shorten the routing
path, but the same thing still happens. Does anyone know what I can do?
Thanks!
