Default I need a program to set up construction schedules.

I am a home builder. I would like to find a program that would allow me to
create a spread sheet of sorts with a timeline and subcontractor tasks. Some
type of construction schedule that I could enlarge and share with all the
trades and keep one at the jobsite.
Thanks
