Default Reset Macros

Windows XP Professional
Office 2000

The default "Paste" macro (Ctrl- V) has some type of error where when I
try to use Ctrl- V to paste, it selects the entire worksheet and gives a
message that the paste area doesn't match the copied area. Is there a
way to reset this macro to work normally?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
