Confusion.....
When I open a .csv file with Excel 2002, SP3, I see:
="2005-10-20" in the fomula bar when I am on cell B2. A different user of the same file, running the same version of Excel sees: 2005-10-20 in the formula bar of cell B2. Why the difference ? Thanks !! |
