Default Display "+" when appropriate

Hi folks

Hopefully a simple one.. How do I force excel to display a plus (+) sign
when the result of a calculation is positive (i.e. +3.6 rather than 3.6).
The minius sign is, of course, displayed by default when the result is
negative. Probably a cell custom format setting, but can't seem to find the
right one. Unlike just adding a fixed symbol (e.g "%"), the + sign is
conditional on the result .. and "+" is not a format..

Many thanks, Phil
